We owned and operated Brion’s Grocery, Cameron’s local grocery store, for 20 years and loved every day of it.  But we also realized that the era of the small town grocery was becoming a thing of the past, overtaken by big-box stores.  With that in mind, we needed to do something different.

Wanting to stay in our awesome community, we put together our love of cooking (Gen’s), and 30 years experience in meats (Gregg’s) and came up with the concept you see here (and of course in the smokehouse deli itself).  We remodeled the existing building top to bottom in hopes of giving the community a resource that was much needed, while enhancing the Cameron downtown in the process.
